A wonderful lake to camp and fish at, Reservation Lake is well known for its beauty. Mt. Baldy's peak is just a few miles away at 11,590 feet. The lake has a store that is managed from April through November and you can obtain both camping and fishing permits there. The Lake has 4 campgrounds spread across the eastern and southern shore. You can fish from the edge, but when you are out on a boat, you can easily immerse yourself into your surroundings. Reservation is stocked with rainbows, brooks and brown during the season.

There are many hiking trails that surround Reservation Lake and most offer wonderful views of surrounding area.

Directions

The easiest access is from Forest Road 116 just west of Cresent Lake. Travel south on FR116 8 miles to the lake entrance.
